Jared Dana, BSN, Certified SoftWave Technician
I come from a background in nursing, graduating from Provo College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. During my training, I was introduced to regenerative technologies like SoftWave Therapy, which changed how I understand musculoskeletal healing and the body’s ability to recover when given the right stimulus.
As the Lead SoftWave Technician at Momentum Relief, I work closely with patients to deliver focused, results-driven care. As an outdoor and sports enthusiast, I’m especially passionate about helping active individuals recover efficiently and return to doing what they love.
Becoming certified in SoftWave Therapy reshaped my perspective on pain and tissue response, and I’m committed to creating positive patient outcomes by helping people move better, heal naturally, and regain confidence in the recovery process.

I’ve always lived an active life. As a former martial artist and an avid rock climber and boulderer, I know firsthand what it means to push the body — and what happens when injuries, overuse, and wear begin to add up. Growing up in a family full of medical practitioners, I was surrounded by healthcare from an early age and knew I wanted a career centered on helping the body function and heal.
My training spans traditional chiropractic care, the Activator Method, dry needling, and kinesiotaping. I’ve also pursued advanced study in nutrition and regenerative medicine through post-doctorate training. I completed my undergraduate work at BYU and earned my chiropractic education at Parker University, where I deepened my understanding of both structure and function.
As someone who demands a lot from his own body, I was led to SoftWave Therapy. SoftWave allows me to support healing at the tissue level by improving blood flow and activating the body’s natural regenerative response — It’s been especially valuable for athletes, active professionals, and fellow healthcare providers who need their bodies to perform consistently.
Today, SoftWave Therapy is one of the most effective tools to help others recover faster, move better, and stay active doing what they love. It aligns perfectly with how we practice — combining science, experience, and a regenerative approach that helps the body do what it was designed to do.

For most of my life, I lived with low back pain and assumed it was normal. I’d visit a chiropractor here and there, feel some temporary relief, and then the pain would always return. Over time, I started feeling frustrated — like I could see multiple chiropractors in a single day and still be told there was always something else that needed to be adjusted. What I really wanted to hear was, “You’re good. Nothing needs fixing today.”
It wasn’t until I attended chiropractic school at Life West that I learned an important truth: living with constant low back pain isn’t normal. I simply didn’t know any better. As I committed to more consistent care, my back finally began to feel better — and for the first time, the relief lasted.
But it was later, when I was introduced to SoftWave Therapy, that everything clicked. SoftWave addressed what adjustments alone couldn’t — stimulating blood flow and activating my body’s natural healing process at the tissue level. Instead of chasing temporary relief, I finally experienced real, sustained improvement.
That experience is why I’m so passionate about helping others discover SoftWave Therapy. If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of short-term relief and recurring pain, there is another option — one designed to help your body heal, not just feel better for the moment.
